About the Midland County Sports Hall of Fame
   The Midland County Sports Hall of Fame was established in 1990 by the Amateur Sports Capital Committee and the Midland County Convention and Visitors Bureau. The express purpose of the Hall of Fame is to honor athletes, sports persons, coaches, administrators and benefactors who have made a significant impact on Midland County sports programs.

   If you have a worthy candidate in your organization please be encouraged to complete the nomination form and return it to the City of Midland Parks and Recreation Office by November 15th of the eligible year. All nomination forms are held for a period of three years. Additional forms are available at the Midland Parks and Recreation Office.

   The Hall of Fame showcase is currently located at the Midland Civic Arena at 405 Fast Ice Drive. All are invited to visit this showcase which includes inductee plaques highlighing member biographies, photos and memorabilia.
