REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Host your event
-
Promote the Midland Sports Festival and its sponsors along with your event

Have a representative from your organization on the MSF Committee
-
Support the MSF by preordering and purchasing official Midland Sports Festival awards and memorabilia through the MASCC
- Promote and participate in MSF hosted ceremonies and events

Provide informational handouts for your organization at the MSF central information location
- If possible, conduct a 1 Hour Boot Camp demonstration or free clinic at the MSF central information location

Attempt to conclude all sporting events by 6:00pm so that participants may enjoy evening festival activities
- Return registration form and $250 participation fee (per club event: example a meet and clinic are two events) by December 1, 2009
